I am a Legal Counsel with over 13 years of experience serving tech companies. For most of my career, I worked in-house as General Counsel in the technology and manufacturing sectors. I know the pressure of deadlines, understand burn rate, and know that “we’ll get back in 2 weeks” is not the answer you need.
Harbor Legal was born from the conviction that tech companies deserve a lawyer who thinks like their business. As an external General Counsel, I offer full-scope support — from regulatory compliance through contracts to disputes — at a fraction of the cost of in-house counsel, but with full commitment.
A decade of in-house work taught me to think like a business, not a law firm. I write clearly, respond fast, and always say what I would do in your shoes. I have worked in every area I offer — from fintech licensing through M&A transactions to restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings.
