1. Scope of Data Processing
I process personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of legal services, responding to inquiries submitted via the contact and pricing forms, using the diagnostic tools available on the website (GDPR Audit, B2B Shield, NIS2 Compliance Check, AI Act Quick Scan), conducting e-mail correspondence and newsletter communication, and fulfilling legal obligations.
2. Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed on the basis of: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — in the case of the contact form; performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for direct marketing and the pursuit of claims; a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for tax and accounting obligations.
3. Retention Period
Data submitted via the contact form is retained for the period necessary to respond, followed by 6 months. Data related to email communication (newsletter) is retained until consent is withdrawn. Client data is retained for the duration of the contract and 10 years after its termination (limitation period for claims arising from legal services). Tax data is retained for the period required by law (5 tax years).

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, have it erased, restrict its processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland).
5. Data Recipients
Data may be disclosed to: IT service providers (hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. — on the basis of standard contractual clauses), contact form providers (Formspree, Inc.), and public authorities in cases provided for by law. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the mechanisms specified in Chapter V of the GDPR.
